Mixed Berries and Cherry’s make a delicious and tart combination. Blueberry Juice is rich in antioxidants and will provide a big burst of energy. Chia seeds are rich in omega’s and provide great all around nutrition.

  • 1 Cup Blueberry Juice (Not From Concentrate)
  • ½ Cup Frozen Cherry’s
  • ½ Cup Frozen Mixed Berries (Raspberry, Strawberry, Blackberry)
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients into a blender and whiz
2. Enjoy!
